This project focuses on creating a Cluster of Knowledge-Based Organizations (CKBO) aimed at the technological enhancement and upgrading of the capabilities of the agri-food supply chain. All involved parties share the understanding that, while each link in the supply chain seeks to upgrade technologically by following market trends as closely as possible and striving to create value through technology, this effort remains fragmented, and the links lack the necessary level of coordination. As a result, information gaps arise, and both operational and legal needs and requirements are unmet. The goal is to optimize the use of high technology to ensure the seamless flow of high-quality products and the flow of information needed to coordinate the individual functions of those involved in the supply chain, from production to final distribution.
